Healing mind, body & soul.
Feel at home when you enter and your best self when you leave. Wild Hearts Wellness offers holistic health services, movement classes, and wellness workshops to support your well-being. We provide a nurturing environment where you are listened to, educated, and empowered around your health.
Wild Hearts views health not only as the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of an individual, but of our community as a whole. We support our community through the services of our dedicated healthcare practitioners and movement teachers, while also providing an event space for the talents of our community to shine. We believe art, music, food, and communal gathering are just as essential to healthy living as natural health treatments and compassionate listening.
Come, seek refuge and nourish your wild heart!

Our bodies and spirit undergo incredible transformation in the birthing year: we bravely open ourselves to the new life that we carry and birth our children into this world. We rest, connect to our babies, and gradually, we are ready to close the birthing year and return to ourselves as women.
Annie Gilligan, a postpartum doula and teacher, invites you to consciously close the birthing year through this nourishing afternoon with new moms and birth healers. Together we will mark the close of the birthing year by honoring what we have experienced and what we know to be true for ourselves. Participants will also be offered the opportunity for restorative movement and a gentle closing the body with a birth shawl called a rebozo.
This nine-month program is specifically designed to support and nurture the emergent healer in their own field of interest. Participants may be at the beginning their emergence while others may already be working as healers in the community. All levels of awareness and proficiency will be considered. The mentorship program includes a day-long class once per month, an online support, twice a month evening gatherings, and a one-on-one mentoring session. This program is largely curated by each participant’s own interest.

We asked our August Teacher of the Month, Mari Scharf, to share about what initially drew her to Pilates, and what keeps her invested in the practice.
We asked our Practitioner of the Month for August, Dr. Rebecca Jennings, a few questions about her inspiration for getting into naturopathic medicine and what gets her most excited about her practice today.
Diana M. (for Margarita— she’s half Cubana!) Hulet is our June Teacher of the Month, and she’s offering a 200 hour yoga teacher training in our studio kicking off in September. Knowing that the teacher training Diana’s crafted is unusual in its focus and scope, we asked her to talk about her inspiration for creating it in the first place. Read on for her thoughts, and what you can expect from her weekly classes in June.
