Alexandria is a Licensed Massage Therapist ( #25312) and life coach. Her work is rooted in mind-body care, trauma-informed practices, and fierce tenderness.
Experiences of trauma ushered Alexandria into the work of healing and resiliency. Through mindfulness, bodywork and community she was able to reclaim a sense of wholeness in her body and life again. Now she partners with clients to empower healing, wholeness, and radical flourishing in their lives.
Alexandria is passionate about supporting clients who carry trauma, anxiety, grief, and chronic stress in their bodies. She loves that massage impacts emotional as well as physical wellness.
Through integrative bodywork sessions, she creates a therapeutic space for your whole self. Her treatment approach is restorative, intuitive, and holistic. Custom sessions support clients in unwinding tension, finding ease from pain, and living more embodied.
Alexandria studied Liberal Studies with an emphasis on Holistic Persons and Communities at Grand Valley State University, has trained with the Coaching Training Institue in Co-Active Coaching, and graduated from East West College of Healing Arts in March 2019.
