Healing mind, body & soul.
Feel at home when you enter and your best self when you leave. Wild Hearts Wellness offers holistic health services, movement classes, and wellness workshops to support your well-being. We provide a nurturing environment where you are listened to, educated, and empowered around your health.
Wild Hearts views health not only as the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of an individual, but of our community as a whole. We support our community through the services of our dedicated healthcare practitioners and movement teachers, while also providing an event space for the talents of our community to shine. We believe art, music, food, and communal gathering are just as essential to healthy living as natural health treatments and compassionate listening.
Come, seek refuge and nourish your wild heart!

This 6 week series will prepare you to tackle pregnancy, delivery, and the postpartum period with confidence. Whether you are having your baby in or out of the hospital, cared for by midwives or an OB/GYN, if you want to approach your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum with smarts, tools, and a healthy attitude in your back pocket, this class is for you!
What if we moved through our lives full of curiosity, wanting what we already have? The word santosha is translated in Sanskrit as “contentment.” In this practice, which includes movement, meditation, and journaling, you will be invited to look at the ways desire and grasping affect our capacity for wholeness. Root your heart-mind in gratitude, and observe how your life—as it is in this very moment, is already enough.
Join us for an evening of high vibrational crystal bowl sound healing! These bowls, made from pure crystal quartz, will leave you feeling nourished, balanced, radiant, and bright. Relax on your back while Shalom plays his bowls and other calming instruments to take you on a journey like no other. Please bring your personal mat and whatever you need to be comfortable (blanket, pillow, etc.).
