Healing mind, body & soul.
Feel at home when you enter and your best self when you leave. Wild Hearts Wellness offers holistic health services, movement classes, and wellness workshops to support your well-being. We provide a nurturing environment where you are listened to, educated, and empowered around your health.
Wild Hearts views health not only as the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of an individual, but of our community as a whole. We support our community through the services of our dedicated healthcare practitioners and movement teachers, while also providing an event space for the talents of our community to shine. We believe art, music, food, and communal gathering are just as essential to healthy living as natural health treatments and compassionate listening.
Come, seek refuge and nourish your wild heart!

Teresa offers a fusion of relaxing, restorative yoga postures with CranioSacral, massage and reiki techniques. Poses are held between 5-10 mins per pose, giving your body and mind time to settle, unwind and release tensions held in our tissues.
In this workshop, we will review the backbone of constellation therapy through meditation and establishing your healed allies. The workshop will allow participants to engage in a birthplace constellation and participate in a group healing session.
