In a Nia class, the instructor leads simple moves, you add your personal style and adapt it to feel wonderful in your body. Nia focuses on how the body feels rather than how it looks. It encourages you to listen, trust, heal and love your body. Nia offers both a form and freedom.

With Nia, you can dance away the stresses of the day it helps to alleviate anxiety and balance the autonomic nervous system.
Nia is a fusion fitness that addresses the whole person by honoring your sacred inner space. When you leave a Nia class you feel your spirits lifted with peace and joy. Finding joy in movement is the secret to fitness.
