4 Week Meditation Series, October 21st - November 18th


It’s time to dive deep! In this 4 week meditation series we will practice and explore several meditation modalities and mind-body approaches to health and well-being. Recent research shows that meditation and mindfulness have the ability to improve our life in many different ways.

Each week we will explore a different mind-body approach to meditation in order to give ourselves the tools we need to continue our meditation practice throughout the years. We will learn what types of meditation we are drawn to intuitively.  There is no right or wrong way to meditate!

According to Georgetown University, “Mind-body approaches – including self-awareness, relaxation, meditation, guided imagery, biofeedback, physical exercise, art, music and movement – are among the best known and most widely used of the complementary, alternative or integrative approaches to healthcare.” Meditation by nature puts high value on, and teaches the power of self-awareness and self-care.

Together, we will cultivate mindfulness within ourselves and in a group setting, offering support and encouragement along the way. All levels welcome!

We will meet at the following times:
Sunday, October 21 from 4:30 – 6:00pm
Sunday October 28 from 4:30 – 6:00pm
No Class November 4
Sunday, November 11 from 6:30 – 8:00pm
Sunday, November 18 from 4:30 – 6:00pm
