Solara has been teaching Pilates since 1995. She discovered the method after knee surgery as a teen and found it to be invaluable for both rehabilitation from surgery and for continuing on as a Modern Dancer. Her experience with healing personal injuries has helped her in working with those with injuries, which has become a specialty of hers. She has experience with people of all ages, sizes, fitness levels and abilities. Her approach to Pilates focuses on building strength, flexibility and body awareness through healthy movement patterns, keeping the work gentle enough for everyone, as well as challenging & fun!
