The world needs more meditation. Taking the time to sit, reflect and calm the mind and body is imperative in today’s culture, not to mention the expansive health benefits it provides.
There is no wrong or right way to meditate! All you need is the desire to try.
In this workshop we will practice and explore several different types of meditation and learn what feels natural and intuitive to you. You will also receive tools and resources to continue your meditation practice throughout time. All levels welcome; perfect if you are just beginning or looking for new ways to continue your practice.
