Calm and restore the nervous system after a hot and busy summer! This workshop combines two amazing healing modalities into one relaxing afternoon that will no doubt leave you nourished and refreshed.
The workshop begins with a short discussion on the health benefits of yoga and acupuncture regarding the nervous system. An hour-long gentle hatha class follows as we connect the breath and body to release tension. In the second hour students settle into a comfortable restorative yoga pose while receiving auricular (ear) & distal acupuncture.
The acupuncture protocol used is well known for the ability to detox, reset and nurture the body’s nervous system. All levels welcome; yoga modifications provided.
