Join for a Cacao Ceremony to open your heart and connect to your womb. Space will be held for you to share what is calling from deep within and we’ll all hold space for each other to do the same. There will be a guided meditation-journey to drop into your heart and womb surrendering to what opens for you, as well as time to integrate and ground before closing.
The birth of these Women’s Circles have come from a craving to experience a deep, raw connection with other women, a craving for community, a craving for the power of the womb to be reclaimed and honored. They've come from a craving for more ceremony, a craving to have sacred space to rest in and a craving to clear the personal and collective trauma of the womb and the divine feminine that we all share in some form or another.
All those who identify as women and are 18 years and older are welcome. Please know that if you do not have a physical womb, it does not matter. It's about connecting to the energy a womb carries. You can visit Abby’s website to learn more and register.
Bring a journal, any sacred items you’d like to create a personal altar, your favorite mug or teacup, and whatever layers you want to be cozy and comfortable.

Abby Kenny is a Massage Therapist specializing in women’s reproductive health through abdominal massage, self-care practices, and education. She works deeply with Cacao and Flower Essences holding women’s circles with the understanding that our vitality as women and our fertility also rely on our relationship with ourselves and the feminine within and around us.
It’s become common for women to be patronized for their emotions. Crampy, painful and heavy periods have been normalized, and limited solutions for ailments such as endometriosis, uterine fibroid or ovarian cysts are offered. Hysterectomies and birth control are prevalently prescribed to soothe the discomforts women are experiencing and common infertility treatments are typically invasive and extremely expensive.
Abby is driven to empower women through this work and these circles to take their reproductive health back into their own hands and reclaim their feminine glory. May our vulnerable, raw, true nature shine shamelessly free.
She thanks her teachers Katie-Keath Silva, Christine Selda and the multifaceted layers and lineages all the teachings she embodies have come from.
