Acupuncture

I am a licensed Acupuncturist and board certified through the NCCAOM. I have a Bachelor of Economics from Lewis and Clark College and a Masters of Acupuncture from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. Included in my training was extensive focus on sports medicine, digestive disorders, behavioral health, and women’s health. After I was done with school, I traveled to Nepal to work with the Acupuncture Relief Project. This non-profit gives free medical care to rural citizens in a community acupuncture clinic.

My interest in Chinese Medicine began in 2018 when I started receiving acupuncture treatments for chronic back pain. I was amazed at Chinese medicine’s ability to encompass the mind, body, and spirit and how it encourages the body's innate power to heal itself. This inspired me to pursue a career in Chinese medicine and wanting to share with others the power of this holistic medicine.

I want to offer my patients a compassionate space to tell their story and to help them feel their best. I take the time to figure out the root of their illness so we can make lasting and empowered changes. I work with each patient on a customized treatment plan that works for their day-to-day life. Treatments can include acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, exercise therapy, lifestyle and nutrition coaching.

Outside of the clinic, I love exploring the infinite hiking trails in the PNW with my dog. I love strength training, bouldering, and have recently begun Muay Thai training. At home, I enjoy cooking and curling up with a book.
