Healing mind, body & soul.
Feel at home when you enter and your best self when you leave. Wild Hearts Wellness offers holistic health services, movement classes, and wellness workshops to support your well-being. We provide a nurturing environment where you are listened to, educated, and empowered around your health.
Wild Hearts views health not only as the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of an individual, but of our community as a whole. We support our community through the services of our dedicated healthcare practitioners and movement teachers, while also providing an event space for the talents of our community to shine. We believe art, music, food, and communal gathering are just as essential to healthy living as natural health treatments and compassionate listening.
Come, seek refuge and nourish your wild heart!

Breathwork is a profound active meditation. A three part breath that encourages stuck energy to move, deeply detoxing your mental, physical + emotional bodies. Every session is an occasion for transformation; to somatically get the ‘gunk” out and to move beyond current limitations, change emotional default settings, negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs. It is a chance to actually let go; an opportunity to release strong emotions and connect to your own unique life force energy and intuition as well as open your heart to more creativity, gratitude and self love. It leaves you feeling softer, less burdened, more connected. It supports you to come into contact with your authentic whole self and shed what doesn’t serve that.
One definition of solstice is “to stand still”. Embrace the season of folding inward with a practice in slow sequences, conscious breath, and deep-seated meditations. What stays luminous, even when the days lean into night? Spend an evening reflecting, surrounded by candles at dusk and a mood that invited the interior view, and emerge with clear eyes and a life made of kindling.
