Carrie Farrell (she/her)

Carrie offers Holistic Psychotherapy and Bodywork. She is dedicated to stewarding a clear and compassionate environment in which clients can explore their unique strengths and inner resources, as well as the struggles or challenges that may prevent them from thriving. Her work supports clients to reveal experiences beyond the mind while unlocking the wisdom held within the body and the present moment.

Carrie offers psychotherapy to both couples and individuals. Her approach is informed by Hakomi Somatic Psychology, Attachment Theory, the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). Somatic Psychotherapy is a body-focused counseling modality that harnesses the profound connection between the brain and body through mindful, experiential inquiry.

Bodywork with Carrie is client-centered. Depending on your goals, sessions may include postural assessment, mindfulness, somatic coaching, stretching, deep tissue massage, abdominal massage, or movement. Each session is infused with client participation, curiosity, and self-discovery.

(Please note: Clients may either see Carrie for psychotherapy or bodywork, but not both. She has many referrals for those seeking to receive both modalities from different practitioners.)

Carrie aims to empower each client to strengthen their sense of self, increase their ability to listen to their bodies and emotions, and have access to a plethora of tools as they engage fully with their lives.
