Host your event at Wild Hearts

We’re delighted that you are interested in holding your gathering in our beautiful space! We list all events taking place in our studio on our Community Calendar, and as a courtesy, promote via newsletter, Instagram and Facebook whenever possible. Please follow these steps to be sure we receive all the details we need to get your date secured!

Give us all the details

Fill the form below out completely so we have all the information we need to help spread the word about your event. Use succinct, lively language and include fun tidbits that would catch your eye on the internet. This is your chance to make your event shine!

Send us a few photos

Email info@wildheartswellness.net with at least one photo representing your gathering (use the name of your event as the subject line). Engaging, high quality images will generate more interest across platforms. If you share art that does not belong to you, please be sure you have the artist’s permission and let us know who to credit.

Pay in full

Once we process your submission, we’ll get in touch to confirm a date and time for your gathering. We’ll also provide a means of payment and guidelines for using our lovely space. Please understand that we are unable to begin promoting your event until you have paid in full.

Rental rates

Weekdays (Monday–Thursday): $35/hr

Weekends (Friday–Sunday): $45/hr

Half-day weekday/weekend: $120/$150

Full days weekday/weekend: $200/$260
