Kudra Fletcher, LMT
Hello! My name is Kudra (she/her) and I am excited to work with you through whatever it is you are tending. Breath, presence, and trust in the body's capacity for healing are what fuel my practice. Originally from New Hampshire, I've been loving life in Portland since the summer of 2021. Before becoming an LMT, I worked as a social worker doing end of life care and transitional assistance with seniors. Previous to that, I was the resident chef at a yoga retreat center and organic farm where I was also a student and sometimes mentor of yoga asana and philosophy. I also have completed my Bachelor's in Psychology with a special focus in somatics, trauma, and embodiment. In my free time, you might catch me dancing barefoot in the grass, riding my bicycle, creating music, or studying astrology.
