Massage is something I truly love to do, not only because I get to help my clients feel better, but I get to spend my days reminding people to prioritize their mental and physical well being, which in turn keeps me doing the same! My massage is intuitive, specific and empathetic. I offer a variety of modalities such as Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage and Trigger Point therapy. Using these combined with clear communication and a warm, friendly presence I aim to bring you a healing, relaxing experience that will leave you feeling restored!
