Weekly all levels yoga asana class with a focus on gentle warming movements to build strength, mobility, and balance. We'll explore breath practices to aid in grounding and relaxation. Modifications and props will be offered to tailor the practice to individual needs.
Classes will be guided by: Audrey Magnuson from Open Sense Collective.
