Charlie Henderson is a zealous human being whose passions lie in human connection, pleasure, and nervous system-based healing. Her deepest desire is to support people in experiencing an authentic relationship with themselves, true liberation of the body, and the fullest expression of their desires. Her teachings draw on the ancient traditions of Tantra, Yoga, and meditation, and blend them with Western neuroscience, psychology, and trauma healing.

Emily Dalsfoist is a Ceramoinalist, Yoga Practitioner, and Musician, her guru is Mother Nature. Want to learn about Emily? Then explore the natural world. Go outside, in the sun; in the sprinkling, pouring, pounding rain. Visit with snow, storm, hail, bright warm summer, cold dark winter. Go out to the woods and be with the trees. Study their bark and then your own skin. Observe the veins of the leaf next to the lines of your hands. Lay, belly on ground to be with the small creatures in the soil, under the moss and fallen branches. Put your ear to the earth and listen for her teachings. Tune in to the life that lives underneath what we can see.
