This class is for all people (beginners and intermediate levels) looking for a practice that invites dropping out of the head and into the body to experience the Big Magic that happens when we integrate and pay attention to our alignment from in the inside out. Be ready to flow as we connect breath with movement, stretch and grow our capacity to Root&Connect, Feel Grounded, Be Focused, and Live Balanced.
Hi, my name is Angela. In 2016, I moved from Austin, TX to the PNW for the trees, my greatest teachers. The things that ground me most are nature, yoga, and meditation. My yoga training in 2012 literally kicked my butt and miraculously transformed my relationship with mind, body, spirit & emotions. Since then, my passion has been to offer community an open hearted guidance for self growth through self awareness, self compassion, movement, meditation and a deeper connection to the parts that make us whole. For me, yoga is a sacred practice of union – body, mind & spirit to heart - that inspires grounding, confidence, and creativity. My wish is to encourage self love through mindfully rooting, connecting, nourishing, growing, and living authentically.
